OVERVIEW This website is operated by Bquikvolley. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bquikvolley. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants.

1. Global Compliance & Australian Consumer Law

For Australian Customers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

For International Customers: While the ACL governs our primary operations, we acknowledge the consumer protection laws of your home country (such as the UK/EU Consumer Rights Directive). We strive to provide a high standard of service globally, though specific statutory rights may vary by region.

2. International Shipping, Customs & Duties

Bquikvolley ships worldwide.

Customs/Import Taxes: When ordering internationally, you are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
Fees: You are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Bquikvolley has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices are processed in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless a currency switcher is used. Bquikvolley is not responsible for any variations in the final price due to exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by your bank or payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or Credit Card issuers).

4. Product Descriptions and Sizing

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our volleyball apparel descriptions. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.

Fit: As an athletic brand, sizing may vary slightly between manufacturing batches. Please refer to our global size guide to ensure the best fit before ordering.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bquikvolley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. However, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement.

7. Returns and International Disputes

Faulty Goods: We will cover return shipping costs for faulty items globally.
Change of Mind: For international orders, "change of mind" returns may be subject to the customer covering return shipping and insurance costs. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
