Return & Refund Policy

At Bquikvolley, we want you to feel confident and comfortable on the court. If your gear isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused (trying on apparel for fit is fine; playing a match in it is not).

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Undergarments/Compression gear: If the hygiene seal is broken or the packaging is opened.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or using a clearance discount code (unless faulty).

  • Gift Cards.

4. Damages and Issues (Faulty Goods)

Please inspect your order upon reception. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact Nam at bquikvolley@gmail.com immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • For faulty items, Bquikvolley will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. International Returns

For our international community outside of Australia:

  • Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Australia.

  • Duties/Taxes: Original shipping fees and any customs duties paid at the time of import are non-refundable.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
